1.  **How much is the commission?**

You can earn 20% recurring commission of each referred customer as long as they remain our customers.

2. **When are commissions paid?**
    
We pay out the commissions you earn around the 15th of each month for the previous month.
    
3. **Is there a minimum amount to withdraw?**
    
Yes, you must have at least $20 to withdraw your earnings.
    
4. **Do I have to be your user to be your affiliate?**
    
No, although it helps if you have an idea about how Claid works and what you can achieve with our software
    
5. **How to know if I qualify for your Partner Program**?
    
If you think your audience might be interested in our product, we’d love for you to become a Claid affiliate!
   
6.  **What’s the referral cookie life?**

The referral cookie life is 60 days. If a visitor signs up within 60 days of their first visit following a referral link, their sales will be tracked as affiliate sales and commissions will be earned.

7. **What is the difference between Signup (Lead) and the Customer (Paid Subscriber)?**
    
Signup is an event when your referred user registers an account with Claid. Customer is your referred user who has subscribed to a paid plan. Please note that not every signup event results in a paid customer or it may not happen immediately.
    
8. **Do you have any kind of resources I can use to promote Claid to my audience?**
    
Yes, we do! We've prepared a media kit with various brand assets for you to use on your website, newsletter, social posts and more! You can find them in ‘Assets’ section.
    
9. **What are the payout options?**
    
Our standard method for payouts is PayPal, but feel free to contact us if you need another method.
