How to cancel

1. Log in to Claid.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Select Subscription and billing.
4. Find your current paid plan and click Manage subscription.
5. Claid will open the secure Stripe billing portal.
6. Choose Cancel subscription.
7. Review the cancellation details and confirm.

That’s it—no dramatic breakup speech required. 👋

What happens next

• Your subscription stops renewing.
• Your current access and credit balance remain available until the end of the active billing period.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or restart a subscription later from Account settings.

Can’t see “Manage subscription”?

Usually, it means one of these:

• You are on the Free Trial and have not started a paid plan.
• You are signed into a different Claid account.
• Your subscription was purchased or managed through a different billing route.

If it still looks wrong, contact Claid support with the email linked to the account.
