AI Fashion Models

With Claid’s AI Fashion Models, you can turn a single product photo into a professional, on-model image — ready for your store, campaign, or catalog.

This guide walks you through the full process — from uploading your item to downloading the final shot — with notes on what to expect and where to get the best results.

Step 1. Upload your clothing

Go to Dashboard → Studio → All Tools → AI Fashion Models.

You’ll start on the “Upload your Clothing” screen.

Here’s what to do:

  • Upload the garment you want to generate on a model. Works best with clear, centered flat-lays or ghost-mannequin photos.
  • If you’d like to complete an outfit, you can add more pieces — click Add bottoms or Add tops. If not, leave No selected.
  • Claid automatically adds matching shoes if none are uploaded.
  • When everything looks good, click Continue.

Step 2. Choose a model

On the next step, you’ll choose who wears your item.

You’ll see two tabs:

  • Claid models – pre-generated models with realistic looks and poses.
  • My models – your uploaded or saved custom models (if you have them).

Models are grouped by categories: females, males, kids, and plus.

Click the one that fits your product, and select the model image you like best.

Step 3. Customize and generate

Once you’ve picked your model, you’ll move to the Selected Model view.

Here you can:

  • Check the selected model and uploaded clothing.
  • Add a short note in the extra instructions field to guide the final look. Example: “Minimalistic studio background” / “Outdoor editorial lighting”
  • Choose how many images you’d like to generate (1–4).
  • Click Generate to create your on-model shots.

The system will render realistic images of your garment in just a few seconds.

Step 4. Review and download

Once the generation is done, review the results:

  • Check the fit, texture, and lighting.
  • If needed, adjust your prompt or try another model for variety.
  • When you’re happy, click Download to save your final images.

Tips for best results

  • Use clear, well-lit photos. Natural or neutral lighting works best — avoid shadows or filters.
  • Show the full garment. The entire item should be visible and flat (no folds or cropped edges).
  • Keep the background simple. Plain or light backgrounds help the AI detect shapes accurately.
  • Center your image. Straight, aligned garments generate cleaner, more natural results.
  • Add short instructions. Use the prompt box for quick context like “studio background” or “outdoor look.”
  • Review before download. Check texture and fit; re-generate if something looks off.

Common use cases

  • E-commerce stores: Instantly generate on-model photos for product listings without organizing photoshoots.
  • Fashion brands: Create consistent on-model visuals across campaigns, collections, or lookbooks.
  • Marketplaces: Standardize product images from multiple sellers to keep listings cohesive.
  • Marketing & social media: Produce lifestyle-style visuals for ads, social posts, or banners on demand.
  • Catalog or seasonal updates: Refresh older collections quickly using existing product shots.

FAQs

Can I upload my own model?

Yes. In the My models tab, you can upload or reuse a custom model (if your plan includes this feature).

What types of images work best?

Clear flat-lay or ghost-mannequin product shots where the full item is visible. Avoid cluttered backgrounds, filters, or heavy shadows.

Can I control the background or style?

Yes. Add short notes in the extra instructions field (for example, “studio lighting” or “outdoor lifestyle scene”). The AI will adapt the look accordingly.

Can I generate more than one image?

Yes. You can select 1–4 variations before generating. Each will have slightly different lighting or pose options.

What output format do I get?

Images download as high-resolution JPG or PNG files, ready for e-commerce or marketing use.

What if the result looks slightly off?

Try re-centering or re-uploading your photo, adjusting the background prompt, or re-generating with a different model.

AI Fashion Models are designed to help brands and creators move faster — without compromising quality. You upload the product, pick a model, and get back a professional on-model photo that’s ready to use anywhere.
