How can I generate landscape or vertical photos using API?
By default, Claid Background Generation and Image Generation APIs generate the images with a 1:1 aspect ratio.
If you’d like to have vertical or landscape ratios, you can combine Background Generation or Image Generation operations with our Generative Resize (outpaint) operation, which will allow you to specify the exact target size of the image. You can find the details here.
⚠️ Currently, our Generative Resize has size limitations: the target image size must not exceed 4.19 MP (e.g., 2048 x 2048 pixels, 2350 x 1743 pixels). If you need to have a larger image, please use one of our upscaling operations after using Generative Resize.
