Once you're in Image to video suite, you'll see

the image preview area (upload your image from files or use an image generated with our Background Generation Tools),
prompt field (use the default or add your own to produce the desired effect)
camera angle (this can also be specified in the prompt)
animation duration: 5s or 10s
